Terms of Service & Responsible Betting

1. What Apex 26 Is
Apex 26 is a football prediction and analysis service for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. We provide researched match selections, matchday briefings, bankroll strategy guidance, and live in-play alerts to paying ticket holders. We are an information and analysis service. We are not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial advisor.
2. No Guarantee of Profit
Betting on football involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Win rates will fluctuate. Some matchdays will produce losses. The system is designed to produce profit over the full tournament window, but individual results will vary. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that no outcome is guaranteed.
3. Ticket Pricing and Payment
All tickets are one-time payments in USD. Group Stage: $69. Full Tournament: $99. VIP Pitch-Side: $129. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
4. Refund Policy
We are confident in the quality of our analysis. If you purchase a ticket before the tournament begins (before June 11, 2026) and change your mind, contact support for a full refund. Once the tournament begins and picks have been delivered, tickets are non-refundable as the service has been provided. VIP Pitch-Side tickets are non-refundable after purchase due to the limited seat structure.
5. VIP Ticket Limitations
VIP Pitch-Side tickets are limited to 129. This cap is real and enforced. When 129 have been sold, no additional VIP tickets will be made available. The cap exists because VIP includes direct analyst access which requires dedicated human attention.
6. Service Delivery
Picks and analysis are delivered via private Telegram channel, WhatsApp group, or email. Picks arrive 3–4 hours before first kickoff. In the rare event of disruption, picks will be delivered as soon as possible and affected holders will be notified.
7. Intellectual Property
All content — picks, analysis, briefings, methodology, bankroll strategy — is proprietary. You may not redistribute, resell, screenshot and share publicly, or republish any Apex content. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to purchase a ticket.
9. Limitation of Liability
Apex 26 provides analysis for informational purposes. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting based on our analysis. All betting decisions are yours.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the delivery channel. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Contact
DM on Instagram, message the Apex Telegram, or email support. We respond within 4 hours during the tournament.
Responsible Betting
We take responsible gambling seriously. Apex 26 is designed to improve decision-making — not encourage reckless betting.
Only bet with money you can afford to lose. Never use rent, bill, or emergency money.
Set a bankroll limit before the tournament. Do not exceed it regardless of results.
Follow the staking guidance. Do not increase stakes to chase losses.
If your betting feels compulsive or causes stress, stop immediately and seek help.
Take breaks. The system tells you when to sit out — listen to it.
